Welcome to GharWaala, an online marketplace connecting property buyers, sellers, landlords and renters in India. By using the platform, you agree to these terms.

1. Accounts and eligibility

Users must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate account and identity information. You are responsible for protecting your login credentials.

2. Property listings

Sellers must have the legal authority to advertise a property and must provide accurate pricing, location, ownership and availability details. Misleading, unlawful or duplicate listings may be rejected or removed.

3. Verification and moderation

Seller identity verification and listing approval are platform safety measures and do not replace independent legal, title or physical verification by a buyer or renter.

4. Indian legal compliance

Users must comply with applicable Indian laws, state rules, municipal requirements, the Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act, 2016 where applicable, tax requirements, and valid local development approvals.

5. Transactions

GharWaala provides a communication and advertising platform and is not automatically a broker or party to a transaction. Users should independently inspect properties, verify title and approvals, and seek qualified legal or financial advice before paying money.

6. Reports and removal

Registered users may report suspicious or inaccurate listings. Administrators may investigate, unpublish or remove content that violates platform rules.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the competent courts in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
